HomeQ aka the money store ripoff con-artists took us for all we had deception fake fraud business con-artists for all we had sacramento California

My ex- girlfriend didn't make a few payments and i was never notified of them not being made, several months later i recieved a phone call that they were foreclosing on my house. I called the man that was in charge of my account he told me we could do a forebereance agreement and demanded 5,000.00 that day ,ok no problem i paid them that afternoon my payments were also suppose to go up some!Some wasn't even close to what they wanted monthly from me for 12 months they had raised my payments from 349.00 to 1,500.00 .

To top all of these problems off they decided that i didn't have any homeowners ins. so then tacked on there own so called policy and demanded that i pay that. I was then trying to refinance my house through another company which said they could help me no problem . Well everything was great i paid the appraiser and did everything they asked right before everything was finished HomeQ decideds to put my house in foreclosure and the bank says no way we can't help you! HomeQ also says we don't want your money we want the house ......GET OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!

How can this be possible , i have lived here my whole life i inherited the house from my parents and now i have to leave because of these people , everything i have worked is now about to be all over.
