This place is a scam!  I rented a property and it was left in dismal/damaged condition for my move-in.  I took video and pictures of the condition luckily, because they are trying to charge me for the things that needed to be fixed before I moved in and were never fixed!  My lease was transferred to Homeqwik as it was ending, and Jasen was the property manager for both.  Now they are holding my deposit and sent me a bill of over $1,400 to update the property.  I have sent in paperwork to file a civil case to get my deposite back.  Nothing that was damaged before was fixed in the 17 months I lived there.  They charge you all sorts of fees they don't list in the contract.  This place is a scam and should be shut down as they have done this several times.  They charge for repairs and never fix the problem, just pocketing the cash.  My next step is to contact the Arizona Aecretary of State to persue criminal actions!
