This company is completely unprofessional. They require "hold money" that starts off as a refundable deposit, but can be changed to "non-refundable" at the discretion of the company. They will require a deposit BEFORE any terms of the lease are agreed to. Once they have the deposit, they will spring new fees on you like a $200 admin fee. If you have a problem, they will not work with you at all. Many of the agents on staff, including one of the managers, have criminal records that can be found on public records. (Noel Pulanco).

If you need to rent a home, find another company to go through.

I had to move out because I couldn't afford their $50 a day late fees. They wouldn't just take the monthly rent they said I had to have all of it. Sense then they are saying I owe them for $16,000 for rent and damages The only damage was from the hail storm witch broke the skylight. I just spent over $500 repairing the pool pump which I never got back because they said I need approval. If I waited for that the pool would have tuned green. I only had 5 months left on my lease. so even if they still charged me for those 5 months subtract the $1200 that I paid wren I moved in. I also paid $1200 deposit. How could I owe $16,000. Another thing the house was sold 3 months later after I moved. You tell me does this sound fair?

CT, was a tenant, who had signed a  receipt of his $600 hold money, which clearly stated that if he backed out, it was NON-REFUNDABLE. We did as were were hired to do, and protected our owner. This kid and his roommate had the property on hold for over 3 weeks, and when it came time to move in and pay the full deposit, + rents, they wanted out...unfortunately, many tenants try to pull these types of stunts, and that is why we have a "non-refundable" deposit. If you want to hold a house, you have to have some earnest money...for this very reason.

After much whining and complaining by "CT" (this is 1 example) we did agree to refund his money, even though all parties agreed that he was in the wrong. He will be paying damages for this complaint, which he agreed not to file, as we agreed to returning his deposit in full... My owner is the real victim here, as he was subsequently out 3 weeks worth of rent, becuase this kid is a flake. Luckily, we were able to rent the home the same week, to another qualified tenant, who has been happy in the home ever since...I'm sure "CT" and his roomie, are making a great impression on their current landlord...if they haven't been evicted yet.

As to a criminal record, yes, i did receive a speeding ticket about 9 years ago...guilty as charged.

Unfortunately, sites like these allow anyone to make any claim they want to, without any proof of validity, and without any recourse. If you are a business owner, i hope it never happens to you. Someday soon, the laws will be changed, and we will also be able to hold sites like this accountable for printing false reports, and from defaming innocent business people. Hopefully no ones actually pays for advertising here...i wouldn't want to attach my company to an outlet who allows and encourages scammers to scam.
