Homeq Servicing Charged me for insurance $2.600 for one month, when I sent in proof of my insurance they never Sacramento California

They didn't credit my account..I sent in my morgage payment,they called and said my morgage was behind 2 months,they used my payment for fees they said..And my morgage arm was going up 300 a month..but because my payment is late I owe more fees and any money I send them is going to be used for fees..and that I should sell my house before they start foreclosure.

In one month my payments went from 1,244 to 1,851.I'm so disgusted with trying to get through to them that they made a mistake but they won't listen.

Now 2 weeks later there saying I owe 6.000 in fees..and I'm 4 months behind..I think I'm losing my mind..they call me 4xs a day wanting to know when I can send in the 6,000 in fees..but they can't explain what the fees are for.
