 We received a very persistent call from Horizon Products offering their chemicals, I told them we were not allowed to order from other vendors. She asked to speak to whoever was in charge of purchasing and I made it clear that we don't have the authorization to order from them, they spoke to the person in charge of placing my orders and he said, if the product is free or is it a sample send it over to us. We ended up with an invoice $280.00 which I had to pay. Three weeks later I received 4 cases of their product again, they were stating that there is a minimum purchase of 6 or cases and we needed to keep the product. They stated that there is a recorded conversation were we agree to order the minimum amount, but they did not want to play it for us. Now I have plenty of poor quality product at an outrageous price which I am not going to pay. They need to stop this practice and be honest.
