Horizon Travel ripoff scams who lie to get you there and don't perform Arlington Texas

My experiences with this group was like all of those who wrote in before me. I signed up in February and quickly realized that they were not performing to their end of the contract. I tried going through BBB of Ft. Worth and through my credit card. Neither were able to get my money back.

I found this website when I googled another company. I so appreciated the advice on picketing from Frisco and Denton and followed it.

The first Sunday I showed up at 10:45 a.m. and no one was in the parking lot. A couple of women came up. I showed them the BBB reports and told them of my experience. While I was talking to them, Michael Miller drove into the back lot and parked. The other woment and I left. I went to park my vehicle in the next company down the street and started walking with my picket sign and copies of BBB info.

By the time I reached the end of the sidewalk, Miller approached me and asked if he could help. I told him only if he was willing to refund my money ($4,573.00). He said he would. Once inside, he told me that he couldn't run my card through that day, but he did pull a copy of the contract and wrote on it that I would be fully refunded on Monday, September 25, per his name and initialed it. I was surprised that they didn't have me sign anything in return, but left happy.

On Tuesday, I sent Michael an email asking for a copy of the credit card refund record. He didn't respond. On Friday, I sent another email. This time he called back and said that he had forwarded it to corporate. He would call them and see what happened, but right then he had to go to a presentation. At about 6:20, Randy Siverson called. He told me that he would check to see what happened. I told him that he had lied to me before, that I didn't trust him/them, and that I had been promised a refund the previous Monday and I felt that they were just dragging their feet. He rebutted that and said that he would call back yet that evening or in the morning. He didn't.

My son and I went out to picket again the next morning. This time Michael and another guy came out. They wanted us to come in so they could call Randy. I told them that wouldn't work, I had just talked to Randy the previous evening. They called someone and then had us come in and ran my credit card for the refund - the very thing they were unable to do the previous weekend. I did receive the credit that time.

PICKET! It is the way to get your money back. They respond to that immediately!
