I asked for a hotel next to a popular lake in California....one of their top choices was a hotel that was so far from the lake that it would have taken 1 hour from where I needed to be...and this was a rather small lake.  So I could not make it ...and lost the $100

hotel.com Sold us a bill of goods we wanted a suite with living room they told us it was found out it was not Call the hotel they said they could not change the room but had what we wanted if hotels .com would make change said this is where we get greedy dont care what we said when we took your money it is to late we will have to charge you again to get room you asked for in the first place Internet

Super 8 Waco University The problem there website transfered me to easytobook.com and gave me the wrong dates, I could not locate easytobook.com on the phone, to get it changed, finally I got a phone number to hotel.com, supposely talk to the manager at the location verabally to have a room for me, when I got there there was no reservation, hotel and super 8 manager lied on the reservation, and try to sell me something higher. They were very unconsiderate and rude, they need to be report to the feds and the authorities for false advertisment and running a scam with anothe website. Waco Texas
