Bait and switch,

THey have ads on the site and when you try to book, it throws an error, they charge my card but dont book the hotel.

I called them to complain and they said they will not charge the card, as they are unable to book the hotel at the price they show.

Try again in 30 min they say. tried again, called again, try agin in 24 hours they say, again, tried the day after.

I asked them, why do you advertise prices that are fake, oh it sold out for 3 days it sold out?

Bunch of crooks, total bate and switch, tried to sell me the hotel at full price.
