Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
This is such a scam. Late on payment (was due 2/2)so charge late fee, okay, $29.00, this fee puts me over the limit, another $29.00 charge..get a bill instructing me to pay $84.85 before March 5th or it will be late, pay it on Feb. 14th, they then charge another overlimit fee as the payment was not enough to put me below the limit after the finance charges. Why didn't they ask for enough. I called and said come on now, this is a scam and I want the overlimit fee reversed. No they say.

I to have been ripped off by Household Bank it started by being two dollars over the limit and now I am 536.00 oveer the limit even after several payments made.
They would get my payment on time and say it was late because it was not enough money even though I had talked to them and they said it would be enough well they charged me the the 29.00 late and 29.00 over the limit so yeah thanks alot Household
Also say they will match payments which they never do.
