I filed my taxes through HR Block online through the IRS Free file but at the end of the filing I was charged almost $75.00 in fees that should have not cost me anything. They charged me for a free federal return then charged for a free state return and then in order to pay the fees with my refund they charged me a simple pay fee. Knowing that people are in need of their money this is a great way for them to score extra money. It also almost took as long for them to process and place the money in my account if I would have filed by mail and had a paper check sent. Checking IRS website there would have only been 5 days different. Do Not get involved with them. Customer service is about as bad as it can get. Since the day of filing I have called them everyday to no avail. If I wanted for an additonal fee I could have spoke to an agent.
