HRS Best Buy ripoff ripoff deception the business that doesn't give a dam Columbia South Carolina

advertise furniture thats defected, will not accept back with a receipt-advises to call some other company-they accept the cash

I have never heard of a company that advertise in the newspapers a sale on office furniture and does not want to refund if the furniture is defective. HRS-Best Buy did not want to accept my receipt that was within 30 days old! They stated to call another company for any complaints on the defective computer cart table that did hold the PC.

The table was so weak, you could not sit anything on the compartments, that the computer, printer, etc. should be able to hold up.

The store has a display of the table with different screws to make it seems like it is sturdy, but the screws in the consumers box is not the same and does not work. The weak computer table can not hold a computer, this was a ripoff! The manager did not want to give me a refund with my receipt, and all the original parts. I did not want anything else out of that store!
