I bought a washer on 6 months same as cash from best buy. I did not know I had to make a small payment every month. On the second month, I received a letter from HRS stating that I was two months late on my payments. I paid the loan off that same day. I later realized they charged $60 in late fees. I recived another bill from HRS charging $17.05 for bill direct finance charges. I spoke with an HRS representative, and they removed the 17.05.
