Care.com is running a systematic scam that violates federal privacy laws. They steal your money, terminate service immediately, then conduct UNAUTHORIZED BACKGROUND CHECKS on customers who complain.

WHAT HAPPENED:

1. June 20: Paid $56.97 for 3-month subscription
2. 24 hours later: Account locked, no explanation, no refund
3. June 21: They contacted my personal network claiming I was "removed from platform"
4. June 25: Received notice of UNAUTHORIZED background check through Sterling agency after I threatened legal action

FEDERAL CRIMES COMMITTED:
