I bought a computer system from Best Buy through HRS USA. The deal was to pay the balance in full by a certain time with no interest. When the pay off time was about up, I called the company to get a pay off balance. The representative gave me a balance and said that if I paid it that no interest would be charged. I directed, I mailed a check to pay the balance, they received the check, cashed it, and I thought I was done. The next month I received a new bill showing all the accured interest due. I make several phone calls, and wrote several letters, stating that I had made the effort to call, get a pay off, mail it in, and was told that I missed the agreement date by two days because of mail time. Those two days cost me almost $600.00 of which I am still paying. As far Iam concerned, they totally lied to me, did not conduct their business in a professional manner at all,and could care less about the customer!!

Ok, stop the payments now!!! The worst that can happen is they will sent it to a collection agent. If this happens you can dispute the account in question with the check and your statements. Be strong and hold your ground, don't waste your time with the company. They only see $$$. Good luck!!!!!!
