Best Buy Co.,Inc. uses this company for their credit plan, from my experience with the company itself, probably because they are not capable of doing their own financing.

HRS USA was creative in the way payments were applied so that the balance of the major purchase would most likely not be paid in the "grace period." Meanwhile extensive finance charges accrued that would have made the "same-as-cash" plan worthless in that the company expected to get $400 more than the purchase (which they were denied due to some creative financing of my own to pay off the balance.)

No further purchases will be made at Best Buy, not even a small one like a CD because of their lack of cooperation and I will avoid any other finance plans besides the credit card companies trusted by most reputable companies (Visa, MC, Discover.)
