Hsbc bank home mortgage new Jersey Nationwide

They preapproved us for a home loan for 90,000 with VA loan .Put a offer on a house opened escrow paid for inspection, insurance on  the house for a year . All on a no cost loan to us . Also the owners were paying for closing cost. After 3 months of paperwork and a lot of head aches and packing they called the day of closing to tell us in underwriting they denied us. Nothing changed from the first time we applied except a raise in pay. Now we are out thousands of dollars and they are charging us a application fee and will not return our VA papers. Can't believe they treat Veterans like this .
