Buyer beware has never been more true than with Hubzu after winning a home at auction (which they ran up mind you) the process has been nothing positive. We had to request several extensions and our final one was requested last week it took them 5 business days to get me the request and because it wasn't signed and returned on Saturday they cancelled the sale. I just received loan approval and they cancelled the sale. Beware!!!!!!
