HUDSON LENDING GROUP DO NOT SEND MONEY Brunswick New Jersey

April Nelson contacted me on October 25th saying that she had a loan approval for me in the amount of $10,000.00 all I had to do was send $1460 via money gram within 24 hours. I talked it over with my husband and because I was working in car sales - we agreed (due to desparation) that it was like putting up a "dow payment". I explained that $1460 was too much and couldnt be done - she explained to me that it happens often and that many people put up their mortgage or rent money because of the 24hr turn around guarantee.
Well I got her to drop the amount to $900 even. Did all she required of me - I was tossing and turning the night before the loan was to be deposited so I got online and found this site...I began calling April at 8am and did not reach her for an hour, then I was forwarded to Howard Masters - I explained that their actions were described in great detail and how if they were to run a scam they might consider not doing everything like clock work (I read him what he was about to tell me regarding "needing more money" - before he could do it, that is how detailed one report was on this site). He dismissed it as this is a public forum and he refused to waste his breath argueing the facts with me and if I were "STUPID" enough to believe all I saw online then the problem layed with me. I told him I wanted to reject the loan and expected my money back immediately. He said I had to wait till November 26th and that I could call him the day before for a wire transfer confirmation number.

low and behold 1-866-617-8175 - is NOT working today suddenly and I am in even MORE DEBT than I was when I was seeking the loan.

I would love any advice on this matter - as I deparately need to get my money left. Thanks to my error in judgment and their lack of sound business practices my children will NOT have christmas gifts this year...if they were older I would explain that all we need is each other but how do you tell a 4year old that Santa ran out of gifts?????

I am interested in seeking legal counsel (preferably affordable?) to know where I stand legally, I have my moneygram receipt and a copy of my sold-called contract.

*****Should my money magically appear in my account tomorrow 11/26 I will gladly let you all know that their is hope to get your money back...

I just found it convenient that on the day before I was to contact Howard Masters the phone number was not working.
