I applied for a person loan at hudson lending.com and then got a phone call from Derick Carson who told me that i was approved for a 5,000.00 secured loan. Then he went on to tell me that I would have to pay 6 months of my payment which were 151.50 a month. So I would have to send him a money gram for $911.65 to Canada. Which for me was a big red flag. NOTE TO EVERYONE ONCE YOU SEND MONEY OUT OF THE US THERE IS NO WAY OF GETTING IT BACK. So I had Derick fax me the loan papers and had my work look them over then proceeded to look on there website again. Everything looked great. Derick assured me that they use a lender from Canada and explain it to me why I was sending it there. The agreement was i send him the $911.65 and he would have the 5,000.00 in my account with in 1 business day. I went to the local walmart to send the money gram and the customer service lady told me that she would not send my money gram due to fraud in Canada. So I left the store and call Mr. Derick Carson and told him what happen and let him talk to my husband who was second guessing me the whole time. He convinced my husband that it was not fraud and we proceed to another wal-mart and sent the money to Canada. We came home and I still was not feeling good about the whole thing so i search for fraud on hudson lending and that when i found ripoff.com. Thank God I did because I was able to call money gram and put a stop on the transfer. Thank you Ripoffreport.com.

"He then called my phone back repeatedly telling me that i signed a legal binding agreement and that I would have to keep my end of the deal."

Is he actually threatening to hold you to a contract that allows him to defraud you? PLEEEEZZZE... have him call me.

Well it is now monday and Mr. Derick Carson as he calls himself called my phone bright and early to ask me what happen that his account sec. just called him and informed him that the funds that i sent were not available. I was even shocked that he had called me because after I found out that it was a scam i had left him a message asking him how he sleeps at night. I then began to go off on him about what he was doing to people and hung up on him. He then called my phone back repeatedly telling me that i signed a legal binding agreement and that I would have to keep my end of the deal. What a joke.
