I have used Hughesnet service (Direcway) for the past five years. The price increased $10.00 per month and yet the actual speed is little to no better than dial up.
Recently I continually receive "570 User Identification Failed" requiring me to reboot my internet conection and sometimes the entire system.
After reading some other people's issues; I now know that Hughesnet service is the problem.
I will dump this service as soon as AT&T or another reputable company reaches my area.
Over the past several years I have rebooted my entire system loosing years of data and research thinking it was my computer but now I am convinced it is all about Hughesnet.com.
