Hunt & Henriques "This Firm Is A Debt Collector" - or "this is why I entered the legal profession" - San Jose California

Looking at the docket for the San Mateo Superior Court, ONLY using the search term "Citibank" as a party and limiting it to the first 6 months of 2009 one will quickly find what this "law firm" is all about. I got over 6 pages with 50 cases per page of civil suit debt cases of Hunt & Henriques representing Citibank. That's over 300 cases of debts in 3 categories: under $10K, $10K-25K, over $25K. And these continue back into years gone by with many still active. That is also only Citibank, although I gather from this site they do represent other people, too.

Is this what parents send their kids to college and law school for?

Their representatives are not the most polite nor the most well informed, either.

Any recent episodes with them? Has anyone successfully challenged them & won?
