What do you have to do in order to move on in your life!!! Yes, we all make mistakes...we all do stupid things when we are young!! It is all about these bill collectors who do not give a d**n about people who are just trying to survive!
These folks care only about there own skins...a debt that has 7 years of interest added to it. They want it all!! No we cannot negotiate your debt down....why would they...they want to make all that money that the collection agency before them did not collect. Ten Cents on the dollar they probably paid for my debt and now they want everything?
What about varification that the debt is mine? When you ask for this...well we send a letter to you that you owe this debt...in other words they have no written record of the debt. So now what collector.....
Yes, Come and take money out of my check every month...keep threatening people....we have to fight back.
I am not a bad person who wants to take advantage of anyone or any law. I just want to move forward in my life!!!
