iBlue, Bluetooth Marketing Company Taking My Money, Wasting My Time, Causing a Headache! Internet

 Unfortunately, I made the mistake of falling into the iBlue trap. They are a bluetooth marketing company that I am warning you not to ever do business with!

 I purchased iBlue LongArm for Windows and it kept on crashing on like 3 different computers, some with Windows XP and others with Windows Vista. Naturally, I went to iBlue for help and after weeks of harassing them with emails, they finally got back to me and told me that I needed to reformat my computer and install a fresh copy of windows. It was not hard to see that this was all just nonsense, in order for them to buy themselves some time. Still, I decided I would reformat my computer just like they asked. What a waste of time!

 After weeks of iBlue blaming me and my computer use for this issue which was clearly a problem with their products, I warned them that I would be posting on blogs and forums about the treatment of their customers and how they are selling faulty products. Blue seem to enjoy the blame game, it's never them, always the customer. They finally gave in and agreed to refund all my money and they apologized for the inconvenience.

 Months later, iBlue removed that product from their list of products, because for sure many many others got frustrated with their buggy software and their horrible customer treatment.

Do not make the same mistake myself and many others have made. iBlue has branches all around the world, ranging from their headquarters in Egypt to Brazil, Greece and Mexico. Often the companies have "iBlue" related names so just make sure if you choose a bluetooth company you are sure it is not an iBlue branch!
