ibuyphones.com I sent them 3 cell phones in a package they sent me in which 2 of the phones were like new and i have a picture with the phones and the package that i sent them in. i still have not recieved any pay f orange ca, Internet

I sent 3 phones in which 2 of them were like new to ibuyphones.com in exchange for cash and i still have not recieve any payment. this was about three weeks ago. they sent me a package to mail the phones in and i have a picture of the package with the address and pictures of the phones i sent. they also sent me an e-mail asking if i was going to send the phones in the package they sent and when i replyed back that i already have my e-mail came back stating deliever failed. and the phone number that is on their website i called but the person i talked to said that this was not the company ibuyphones.com and could not help me. everyone is having finacial problems and it's a shame that our government can't seem to stop these companies from ripping honest people off. i just want what belongs to me either my phones back or the payment for them. i know the govenment is most likely doing their best but it's not right that we the people are paying the price. these companies need to be shut down. thank you
