ICM - internet cash machines charged my credit card without my authorization and won't refund my money in full!!! Internet

ICM offered me a work at home opportunity and charged my credit card, with my permission, $2.97. Then a representative called me to go over the details on the opportunity. After speaking with him for an hour I decided not to move forward with the opportunity and told them I was no longer interested. They still charged my credit card another $149 after that without my permission and are now only offering me a $70 refund. I feel I was deceived and want my money back. They took advantage of me and many others and need to be stopped.

That is okay because my bank is prepared to file fraud charges against ICM if they do not refund the full amount by a specified date.

In the interest of Customer Service, we have terminated this customers account and no further charges will be conducted on their account. This customer has been provided a FULL refund for the purchase, in the amount of $149.95 to the card ending in #9648. Refunds provided on 7-12-10 and 7-8-10 for $79.95 and $70.00 respectively.
If this customer is not satisfied with the product, the charges or the customer service, Internet Cash Machine, as a customer service gesture will assure that this customers account is terminated and no further charges will be conducted on their account by our office. This customer can keep any materials that were received as our gift.
