i cant believe companies can get away with this!! if i paid 2.97 for somthing to be shipped to me and the trail is only 3 days untill you are charged how am i to test out your trail when i cant even receive it in time. The people running this company should be arrested!

Thank you for providing the additional information. We have located your account and have terminated the service as you requested. We have also processed a refund to your card ending in #2409 in the amount of $149.95.


ANY complaint that we receive, we generally, immediately resolve the matter by providing a refund to the upset customer. Complaints of any type are regretful and we work to lessen complaints each day. But when a customer is upset, as MANY of the posting here clearly show, they get refunds.  In opposition to the comments posted by Jim from Millbrook(?) we do provide refunds as many of the customers comments show. If Jim needs a refund he can contact our office.

I have noticed that ICM puts a short note under every complaint saying they were refunded, but they never seem to actualy refund, just the lying note.

Gotta keep the scam going as long as they can.

Denied my refund!!! whne others are getting theirs back!!

The people running this company should be arrested! I dont know how you couldnt find my account!!

I called jeniffer for basicly no reason because i was still denied my refund even after all these other people are getting their money back!!! I want my refund, i did what the editor said and reported a fraudulent charge on my account but they havent got back to me yet. heres my name even though im not sopped to post it but i want you not be able to not find my info again!! Ross Johnson of detroit lakes, minnesota

1.     Client reaches Internet Cash Machine offer site through different         
        internet advertisements.



2.     Client is directed to a sales landing page to enter preliminary     
        information, in which there is a link at the bottom of the page to
        the Terms and Conditions of the signing up for the program.            



3.     Then the customer must provide their credit card information on the
        secured payment page and must agree to the terms and conditions, that are     
        conspicuously displayed no more than 80 pixels from the order submission button.??



Regardless, if this customer is not satisfied with the product, the charges or the customer service, Internet Cash Machine, as a customer service gesture will assure that this customers account is terminated and no further charges will be conducted on their account by our office.
