Two charges showed up on my credit card from ICMWEBSITES.COM. When I called them (their phone number was listed on my statement) they said I had signed up for some internet cash machine. I told them I had received an email about their services but did NOT sign up or authorize anything from their company. They charged my card twice, once for $2.97 and again for $149.95. They would NOT take off the charges so I had to call my credit card company and file a dispute. My credit card company took off the charges immediately.

 

Then I went to the website and unless you have a log in and password, you can't get anywhere, no customer service link or anything. I checked my spam folder and there was an email from them with my email address and a password. I logged in and placed a cancel on the account (which I never signed up for) but there still was not a place to explain why you are cancelling. They don't give you the option to explain you have been ripped off by them.

I don't know how these people can get away with charging someones credit card without authorization and then argue the fact that you did authorize it. My opinion they are a rip off company.

Jennifer has been directed to immediately address and resolve your concerns, provide you a refund, or cancel your account.

Internet Cash Machine is a membership site that provides users with all the tools and information necessary to learn how to post product websites and mall webstores, as well as, launch products for auction on eBay. 



In order to sign up for the Internet Cash Machine program, the customer MUST go thru the following steps.



1.     Client reaches Internet Cash Machine offer site through different         
        internet advertisements.



2.     Client is directed to a sales landing page to enter preliminary     
        information, in which there is a link at the bottom of the page to
        the Terms and Conditions of the signing up for the program.            



3.     Then the customer must provide their credit card information on the
        secured payment page and must agree to the terms and conditions, that are     
        conspicuously displayed no more than 80 pixels from the order submission button.??



Regardless, if this customer is not satisfied with the product, the charges or the customer service, Internet Cash Machine, as a customer service gesture will assure that this customers account is terminated and no further charges will be conducted on their account by our office.
