I got home from work today and noticed a charge of $149.95 deducted out of my paypal account from ICM websites.  I did not authorize this and had no idea why this happened.  I had paid $2.95 to receive information about internet businesses and websites.  I never received anything.

I immediately called them and they gave me the run around and said I had 3 days to get my money back from the date of the original payment of $2.95.  When I said I never received any information, they said it was sent via email and now it was past 3 days so there is no refund for me.  Then they said they would email me a password so I could check out the website and try to get my money back using the information.  They said it would take 5 minutes, that was 6 hours ago.

This is such a scam and ripoff and I am sick that this happened to me.  You have faith in something and this is the crap that is out there.  I guess I am out of my money and these people SUCK!  They have no scruples taking peoples hard earned money.

If anyone can help in this matter, please advise
