Icon Security uncooperative, secretive, aggressive behavior Provo Utah

Purchased Icon Security system in Columbus, Ohio and have used their sevice for one year. I was called to active duty and currently out of the country and my wife has moved to another address.

Recently found out that our coverage has been under another address, my mothers. We were never covered or monitored at the address of our contract. After 3 hours of talking to Icon, referring us to ADT, referring back to Icon and round and round, nothing has been accomplished. None of the reps would give out they're last names, both admit the error, none will reimburse for 1 year of no coverage.

Now, they decided to only talk to me and not my wife because I signed the contract. I am in the Middle East with no way to call home and the issue cannot get resolved till my return, next year.

Icon contracts with ADT and never again will I use their service due to such terrible service. If my wife had an emergency or someone broke in, the emergency response would have went to the wrong house. No service was ever provided per my contract and getting out of the contract is not an option to them. We can not even change the address of service because they will only talk to me, which is not an option.

I hope everyone is aware of the Icon Security scam and avoid or hope you dont need service. If you are military and use their service, God help you.
