The Garage Door trim was replaced but he did NOT repair the broken brick and mortar caused by the removal
of the old trim. Hesimply filled the area with foam. This is completely unacceptable. This work will now require another contractor to remove and repair properly. That cost is estimated to be $425.00 The dry-wall repair requested inside the garage is unsatisfactory and incomplete. All that was done was replacement of a single cracked area that we requested. A second piece was replaced, without our request.

In the course of that replacement, his workman moved the wiring for our garage door openers. He also removed and damaged the finish trim to the attic entry in the garage ceiling. Dry-wall tape was also torn down and not replaced. Absolutely no finish drywall work was done. All that was done was adding compound to fill the seams WITHOUT drywall tape. This work will also now require another contractor to remove and repair properly. This cost has been estimated at $375.00. The Soffit vent at the rear of our house was never done properly after repeated and detailed instruction to him
and your workmen. The workmanship is so poor that this must be removed completely and repaired by another
contractor. This cost has been estimated to be $250.00 The gutter on the side of the garage does not cover the entire length of the Fascia. The gutter is not painted properly and is hung in a very haphazard manner. This work will also now require another contractor to remove and replace properly. This cost has been estimated to be $150.00

The gutter on the rear of the house was NOT painted prior to installation as we instructed him and his crew on
multiple occasions. Furthermore, we left detailed instructions for his work crew, which they promptly ignored.
There was a telephone wire that should have been run underneath the Soffit and the rear gutter but was not.
It was strung OVER the gutter. The cost to re-hang the wire properly and paint the gutter as we had instructed
him has been estimated to be $75.00 In the course of working on the gutter and the Soffit vent, his workmen proceeded to destroy the solar powered garden light set we had planted in the mulched area along the rear of the house.
The replacement cost is $50.00

Furthermore, his workmen did NOT clean up after themselves. They, once again, left a mess of debris including screws, nails and staples on our back sidewalk, along the garage sidewalk and in our driveway. They did not remove the debris of the old side entry door and frame. It cost us $50 to have a local yard man haul all the construction debris away.
He has offered nothing to mitigate the damage caused or correct any of the substandard workmanship. When it became clear that he was incapable of completing the required work professionally and to our satisfaction, we issued him a STOP WORK order. Mr. Ohana is operating Might Home Care Services, an unlicensed and uninsured construction business, from the same location as Blue Bay Construction LLC.
