This company called me and said that they were my service provider for my copy machine. They said that they are changing their name to IDCSERVCO. They then said that they are raising the rate for the toner I use in my copy machine and that I could buy one more shipment at my usual rate. The representative explained to me that I could purchase the toner at my usual rate.
Well, under these false pretenses, and lies, I was still hesitant, however they sent me the toner - it cost $500 more dollars than my usual company, they charged me 70 to ship the toner too! And they are not my usual company; they flat out lied!! Now they are giving me hassles to send it back and are so RUDE. It was so appalling because toner is included with my original printer and toner company.

This company called me and said that they were my service provider for my copy machine. They said that they are changing their name to IDCSERVCO. They then said that they are raising the rate for the toner I use in my copy machine and that I could buy one more shipment at my usual rate. We are a non profit children's daycare at a church; and this was just horrifying!
