IDCSERVCO Business Services Dishonest Fraudulent Billing False Representation Culver City California

I am writing from Smile Business Products. A representative from this company called one of my customers, and told them that the price of their toner for their Sharp copier was going up. That the supply was running low and in order to still be able to receive them, they needed to order it right away. The representative of this company, told my customer that they were calling from Smile. They were not. My customer unknowingly told them to send them some toner. I then called minutes after it happened, just for one of my scheduled follow up calls ( we call our smile customers every 3 months, to see if they need anything and to check on equipment).

We realized it was a scam- as through out company, they are not charged for toner, it is included in their maintenance contact. They don't pay extra for it. We call companies like this Toner Pirates. I don't understand why this isn't against the law, they should be put in jail, for false representation, and fraudulent billing. They are liars, and it happens to alot of our customers.
