The box of Epil Stop states that this can be used on underarms and eyebrows.

I used this on my underarms and left it on for the time stated. No hair was removed.

I used this on my eyebrows and left it on for less than the time stated. The skin that was exposed to this is swollen and stinging very severe. It is like a severe chemical burn.
