I purchased Epil-Stop and Spray on Monday, May 13th at a local Walgreen's Store and did so because the ads seem to make it appear easy, safe, and even pleasant smelling.

I did not use the product until Wed. night a few days later since it said not too use right after tweezing or shaving and I had done so on Sunday.

I did as the directions said, although I didn't do a spot test. I have NEVER EVER had a problem with sensitive skin...nothing has ever bothered me with burning, irritation or rash.....EVER...until this product.

I used the spray on my legs and set a timer for 7 minutes so I would have time to remove product within the 8 minute suggested limit. After applying this I applied the roll-on to my chin and had thought about also doing my upper lip area, but thank God I decided against doing that.

After about 4-5 minutes the burning sensation was intense and even after removing with a damp cloth and splashing cool water, it still hurt....really bad.

It was red and burning, but absolutely NO HAIR came off, from either my legs or face. And by the way....the so called pleasant citris fragrance?....what a joke....it had the same old chemical smell like Nair or other products I've tried before..smelled horribly strong and nothing AT ALL like citrus. I have used Nair before with no problem, even on my upper lip and chin, but this stuff is CRAP.

I am a waitress and it was very embarrasing to have to go to work with this unsightly chemical burn on my face. Women don't like to admit they even have a problem with facial hair and it's even more embarrasing to have such a visible reminder of it as having red, burning, scaly scabby burns on your face.

I'm just thankful I didn't use it on my upper lip. Makeup and concealer couldn't hide it. It just looked scaly and gross. I also had to attend my daughter's high school graduation a couple of days later with this awful burn on my face.

The skin on my chin was scaly, scabby, and would at time crack open and BLEED if I made certain facial expressions or for instance, opened my mouth to eat a meal. My legs were not as bad....no hair removed, but at least the scabbing was just patchy.

My chin still looks horrible today 5 days later. I hope it doesn't scar. It is still sore to the touch even with the scabs there. DON'T under any circumstances think of using this product and warn others about trying it.

If there is ever a class action lawsuit you can definitely count me in...this is the worst product I have ever seen and should be taken off the market. From all the other complaints I just read, apparently I'm far from being the only one injured by this fraudulent product.
