Just opened letter from illinoisToll. My wife and three girl friends went to chicago for a four day girls trip away to chicago from st. louiis. on 3-3-16 to 3-6-16 On 4-4-16 got bill my wife confessed to running one toll. We are now billed for SEVEN violations one violation billed twice. Back in june 6, 2015 i was in chicago for a week end wedding Included on the violation bill is two violations almost ten months after tells me this is total fraud i never ran any tolls
