 I was forced to file bankruptcy for 29,000 in toll fines that are not accurate. I was threatened that my driving privelages would be taken away if I didnt pay. Because of this I am unable to purchase an ipass. I have to use the toll to get to work. So I have recently paid online for all my tolls. I have been paying online and have all my receipts. Well now Im receiving notices saying I owe thousands of dollars in fines again. Even though I have receipts. I have called several times and no one can help me. If I dont pay my fines are raised by 70%. Im getting fines on tolls I have already paid for. The illinois tollway has ruined my credit. I had great credit before my bankruptcy. It is a reaccuring issue . And the stress from this is starting to make me il. I deserve to be reimbursed at the very least.

Illinois tollway They charge for 5 unpaid tolls witch I paid for online in the 7 day period ,they sent me a bill of $349 , after I called them up have do there job they able to find 3 of the 5 tolls paid just by using my truck plate number ,but they still have not the other 2 that I paid for Downers Grove Illinois
