illum ACU FACECREAMLIVEJLL NEWLIVEAWAKENING scammers! ordered not approving monthly deliveries St. Petersburg Florida

 I ordered a TRIAL of Illum skin cream. Within 15 minutes I got a text from my cc company adking id I had ordered 2 products from them. That was my first clue something was wrong. I ordered only 1 item, being billed for 2 and my cc was questioning it. A couple days later I got two tubes in the mail, one face serum, one eye serum (did not order). Came in same pkg, the only address on box was POB 24976, St. Petersburg, fl. 33742. Both items both said illum. Before a month passes, I received the identical pkg. again. That's when I looked at my cc charges. This company is slick. They bill these two items in pkg a day apart and use two different company names. I suppose they might think you miss their charges easier this way. The co.phone # for the eye cream is 888-345-7217 and is billed to JLL NEWLIVEAWAKENING. The skin cream is ACU FACECREAMLIVE and phone # is 844-227-4562 both billed from Illinois. So, like others I only ordered a trial and ended up being charged 98.77 and 99.72 for two months because according to them, in small print ( so small I guess I did not see it) I was to send product back in two weeks if I didnt like it or I would be charged. Stupid, most skin creams cannot be evaluated in a two week period for efficacy, secondly I did not check a box saying that I did not want a delivery monthly. I called the company, getting a rude rep that then transferred me to her mgr also rude, and also reading the rules off the same paper, answering my questions the same by rereading the rules. I called my cc and they immediately removed my charges stating thst the skin company could dispute but that Chase has a vety good dispute company and the most highly scamming companies involve skin cream and they did not expect Illum to win.
