My husband purchased me a hanbag for Christmas in the wrong color.  I tried to exchange it for the correct color that was in stock but they do NOT do exchanges online?  I had to repurchase the purse plus shipping and return shipping but the worst was they would not give me the purse at the price he paid. The price was hiked to 60.00 more.  Do not order from this site.  It is NOT user friendly, I had to be guided by rep through their site which is the norm because as he stated it is not really"set up".  I do 80% of my shopping online and this place is a no go.
