I'm not opposed to 2nd quality merchandise, as long as I know what i'm paying for and the damage is minimal.

I ordered a Dooney & Bourke purse through ILoveDooney.com and I received it promptly and without incident. I was expecting a brand new, top quality, Dooney & Bourke purse. What I received was a new Dooney & Bourke, with two quite obvious damaged areas on the front of the bag. I wanted a refund and a refund for my shipping charges.

They don't answer their phone. They didn't respond to my emails except to send me their return shipping address. I contacted them 3 times by phone, twice via email, and included a letter in the box when I shipped back the purse. They issued me a refund for the purchase price but never acknowledged any of my concerns.

Scam.
