My well meaning wife called me last week to inform me that she found an easier and cheaper way to file our immigration petition. I agreed without looking at the website since she called when I was at work. When I looked at my bank statement later I realized that we didn't pay the government, and had been scammed. I'm livid right now. They charged 139 just to fill out a form that is free over the internet. THere may not be a way to get our money back and I'm sure that the company won't care. The service they offer doesn't exist, and I hope that the owners of this website eventually go broke, and realize how bad it is to scam a segment of the population that is usually poor, and exploited.

Not your intention to deceive?

AUTHOR: likn07 - (United States of America)

Really? Any google search for "immigration" turns up your site, with official seals, and government imagery. To make it plain remove the official looking seals, and put in plain sight where it can be easily seen (not fine print) that you are not affiliated with the government. Every-time I think about your reprehensible, horrible, company I want to warn every immigrant, or concerned relative. Also note the sheer amount of complaints against your company, this isn't a coincidence. I don't believe in Karma, but if it did exist I hope that one day you find yourself scrimping and saving money, working overtime to pay govt fees for an immigrant relative, then have some shady company posing as the real agency take a significant amount.
As I posted earlier, and want to reiterate
"Burn in hell mother****ers!!!"

We are very sorry to hear about your negative experience on our website. It is not our intention for visitors to our website to think that it is an official U.S. Government website; in fact, we plainly state on every page of our site that we are not affiliated with the U.S. Government in any way. Additionally, we are a .com, not a .gov site.

We do not in any way misrepresent what services we offer or claim we are any other organization than who we are, which is Immigration Direct. We make it as clear as possible on the services we provide including, prior to any purchase of service, our terms and conditions prompted for further understanding.

We stand behind our refund policy and in many cases, we give a full refund to users or customers who aren't satisfied with our service.

I also fell victim to this scam. I feel it is a scam because they intentionally make you think it is a government site. It is only if you scroll down that you see the disclaimer.

I was tired when I started researching renewing, so it was my fault. I thought I would have to go to an office downtown, like I did before, but everything is all online now.

Anyway, I paid the 150.00, but now I can't afford the 450.00 for the filing fee. I called to complain, but they didn't care. My dad has dementia and my mom has anxiety disorders, and they have been been paying for my flights back home (to another country) to help them out, but now I can't get my greencard renewed because I need to save up again for the money after these people took my hard earned 150.00. Hey, I make precious metal jewelry and it takes me 5 hours to make a piece, has 10k gold in it and I charge less than what they charge to print out a form. How is that fair? They are taking advantage of people. I have seen blogs from them that use scare tactics and then lead you to their site to fill out a form for change of address.

Maybe what they do is legal, but not sure if it is morally justified to deceive and then charge an arm and a leg!

If you really care, and think you have a good product, than be upfront, don't masquerade as a gov. site, give people their money back or make it reasonably priced and say so upfront. Otherwise you are a Greedy B@stard. Read the book folks!

We always regret to hear when customer are not fully satisfied with our service. We stand behind our refund policy and in many cases, we give a full refund to users or customers who aren't satisfied with our service. We pride ourselves on great customer service and normally don't have this type of an issue.

We have built a user-friendly system that guides people through various USCIS application processes, step-by-step and mistake free. Many lawyers charge a very high fee to help prepare these types of applications. We charge significantly less for that application, and we allow users to take advantage of our customer service via email support 24/7 and phone support Monday thru Friday, 9am to 5pm PST.

Of course anyone can go to the USCIS website and download the form for free; however this is a blank form. For our fee we are presenting you a completed, mistake-free application with customized filing instructions.

Call us or email us if you have any issues with our service, we are here to help.
