Impact Resource Group Uniformed Custormer-Ripped Off For Services Not Done Internet

Customers beware!  I bought a desk and bookshelf from Staples requested assembly.  Was given a flier from Staples for Impact Resource.  Called Impact to set up appointment for assembly.  I was given a date and price for assembly. Never informed if products are damaged I would have to pay a $125.00 surcharge regardless if assembly is completed or not. Also, nothing on flier I received from Staples stating there would be a minimum surcharge.  The desk was put together and had several bad chipped spots.  When the assembler opened box of bookshelf it was damaged look like someone hit it with a hammer.  So I called Staples to return both items.  Called Impact to get refund for bookshelf that the assembler never put together.  At that time that is when I was told they could only refund me $15.00.   I paid $140.00 for both products to be assembled.  I was told there is a minimum surcharge of $125.00 regardless if the products were assembled or not.  I was never given this information verbally or in writing.



So consumers beware of Impact Resource Group.  They keep your money for services they don't provide.
