Imperial Benefits ripoff Champlain New York

My boyfriend got a call from Imperial benefits claiming he could get a credit card. He thought it was a real deal and gave them all the information they asked for. When I got home I told him to call and cancel it. He called, they told him to call back in three days. He did and he was told that there was no problem it was canceled and that they would not be taking the money from his checking account.

Well they did, I told him to go to the bank and fill out a dispute form. The bank called the company and got nasty with the teller of the bank. And said they could not refund the money, that he would have to send the card back marked return to sender and then they would credit him. It has been two weeks since the money was taken and we have not received the credit card.
