Imperial Benefits ripoff my credit is ruined over something that someone with no soul did to me. Champlain New York

I'm a 20 year old female who recieved a call from this supposed Credit card company. I had just moved and the past six months I have been bombarded with medical problems. I was struggling in the worst way, I couldn't even afford groceries at times. They called me and told me that I had been approved for a $2500 credit card, now I'm not stupid but having a little extra money around the holidays would be a dream come true not for spending money for some of my bills.

After I gave them my information I started to notice strange transactions in my checking account, but thinking I hadn't accounted for something gave me no reason to report any wrong doings. I now have since had my checking account closed because it was constantly negative. I didn't catch it in time and my credit is ruined over something that someone with no soul did to me. It wouldn't so bad but I can't open a checking account for seven years! I'm an example about how these companies succeed and I can't get a refund.
