IMPERIAL MAJESTY CRUISE VACATIONS won't answer phones, book you for a cruise vacation then tell you bunk beds Ft Lauderdale Florida

I was sent an e-mail first saying i won a free vacation to Nassau, bahama. trip includes 3 days 2 nights in Orlando, 3 days 2 nights in Ft Lauderdale. a 2 night cruise to Bahamas, plus 3&2 in vegas and 4&3 in mexico.
money down then extra $118 when you book the dates. well they start calling twice a week for you to finish calling and book your cruise but you can't get your money back becuse your deposit goes to the cruise line.
First they don't tell you when you book that your cabin is equipted with BUNK BEDS for a married couple. ok an extra $100 bucks for a full size bed.

you call there customer care number to see where your travel info is and they inform you you won't get it till 2 weeks before travel. when i set up the dates and paid the extra money i was told i would recieve my info in 2 weeks.

I was on hold for half hours at a time and never resolved anything.

come to find out this so called ship is a outdated non handicapped accessible tub of junk. Please don't get fooled by these people they will take your money for a waste of time. also come to find out everything right done to ownership of the ship is Ramada. so i book and pay in January and can't get your money back our any conformations till MAY!!!!
