I had seen the Facebook ad for Impressive Canvas and was very excited to see my home town sports team in a 5 piece canvas set.  I just remodeled my basement and really wanted this for my sports bar.  I ordered the set for $119.99 framed and received a confirmation that it would take 21 days to receive.  It also said, it may come much sooner than that.  After two months, I emailed them for the status and was advised it was mailed in February, "call your post office".  My first thought is that I was just scammed.  It's now March and no package.  I called the post office.  They said they received "something" but it was not addressed properly so it could not be delivered and it was returned to the sender in February.  I emailed the company back and was advised that they needed to "check with their team".  I waited again for a response and nothing so I followed up again.  I received an email asking me to be patient.  They had not heard from their team.  I responded and said the team that mattered, The United States Post Office" already confirmed it was returned, what else did they need to know to make me whole?  They said, "once we know it's returned", we can refund you.  REFUND ME???  How did we jump right to refund?  I gave them a deadline to respond with a resolution or I would do all of the of the following....contact my bank, Facebook, the Better Business Bureau and any other authority who would hear me.  I feel compelled to make sure others are not disappointed like I am or ripped off.  I do not feel like I will be getting the package or a refund, I believe I was just scammed.  It's so disappointing.
