Incentive Reward Center ripoff Delray Beach Florida

I am writing to report a SCAM. I signed up for the free 40GB Apple iPod more than 2 months ago and I am now in danger of not meeting my 90 day completion requirement. But I am getting ahead of myself...

I received an e-mail a couple of months ago stating that I could get a free 40GB iPod if I signed up for six promotional offers. It seemed simple enough, and some of the offers weren't too bad (i.e., didn't require me too spend any money), so I signed up.

Within the first couple weeks most of the sponsors had reported that I met the requirement. It took a little longer for a couple of the others, but things were looking good. After about 4 weeks, 5 of the 7 (yes, I signed up for an extra one) had reported to incentiverewardcenter that I had met my obligation. However, for some reason Blockbuster Online still showed "Not Reported."

I should point out that one of the requirements of this offer is that you "Complete and submit an address confirmation/gift redemption mail-in voucher form within 90 days of the original date of your member registration." Unfortunately, you can't get to the voucher until all of your sponsors have reported.

So here it is 9 weeks into this nightmare and I have been a Blockbuster Online subscriber for more than 2 months. I have the bank statement to show that I have paid for my membership, having far exceeded the 14-day free trial. Oh yeah, did I fail to mention that Incentive Reward Center states that you need to remain a member of the sponsor's organization until they report that you satisfied the requirement? How convenient!!

I am extremely pissed and would like to contact Incentive Reward Center by phone, if possible to discuss this. If anyone has their number, please respond to this.
