Industry Model And Talent Studios Industry Model And Talent Studios charged me $700 making me believe that is for Reservation of the photoshoot! Edgewater New Jersey

Just like other parents I'm also working on my dispute with this company. The director that I spoke to asked me to sign the 'agreement' saying that was for the reservation of the photo shoot and charged my husband credit card. The No refund and cancellation policy wasn't discussed to me, only the rescheduling which the director said he's going to waive if i can't make to the appointment.

After 2 hours i decided to cancel the photo shoot and called them. I can no longer reach the director. I tried calling and calling but the receptionist always say that he's not always available or in a meeting. So asked for my contact info and told me that surely he'll just give me a call. The day was over but I didn't hear from him. The next day I called right away as soon as they operate. And make a follow up. The Customer Care that i spoke with advised me that he's gonna ask the director to call me for the confirmation of my refund request. But expectedly, he didn't. From here, I sensed that they are really not going to call. But i still waited. After 2 days of waiting, i called again and made a ff up. the CSr said they can't refund my money because i signed a no refund policy. i told him that during the interview my son was really cranky, and was really crying. So i didn't get the chance to read the agreement, and that the director made me believe that when he asked me to initial the agreement that was for reservation. I humbly ask to just credit it back to my card sincethe photo shoot hasn't taken place yet. they havent done any service yet. But i got a big no. To this end, I said I'm gonna be forced to dispute the said amount. So the CSR said. ALRIGHT! they just gonna wait for the report.

Im still waiting for update from the card company. But im very bothered by this. Anyone here, who got their moey back, please advise me more.. How many of you guys were able to get your money and did your card company stand by your side?
