The manner in which we were made to sign my son up for a photoshoot was deceiving. The no cancellation policy was not properly disclosed to us during the presentation. We got distracted with the discount they gave us because in the beginning we were hesitant to sign my son up for the photoshoot as it was too expensive we thought. Since we have signed the contract, they are of course using that against us so that they could get their way and not refund us the money  eventhough they we realized after when we got home that we made a very bad decision. They claim that just upon booking the photoshoot alone incurred them a lot of expenses already. I dont know how can that be true.

I tried contacting Better Business Bureau but nothing really came out of it. The case is now "Administratively Closed". I dont understand how this kind of business thrives when they victimize a lot of people. The contract favors only them. They dont have consideration for their customers.
