Infinity Appliance Repair Scam Liars Thieves Humble Texas

Bianca is a liar and their company is a scam. They took my money and it's been almost a month since I have heard from them about the part. She told my warranty company she called AND emailed me. She is a liar. I never received ANY correspondence from her and I'm highly responsible and answer my phone calls and respond to emails. I have called their number and they NEVER answer the phone nor do they respond to their voice messages and return calls or emails. So at this point, they have never completed the work or brought me the part. I have contacted another company to come out to complete the job. I'm disputing the charge AND contacting the news stations. They have several complaints on ripoffreport.com. DO NOT USE THEM. If your home warranty company uses them, ask them for someone else. On a personal note, Bianca is a terrible representative for the company. She is extremely rude, she blatantly lies to you, knowing d**n well both of you knows she's lying at that very moment, and has terrible people skills. She sounds extremely ghetto, without a care about her job, and without proper vocabulary or education.
