Infinity Appliance was assigned to me by AFC Home club to repair my refrigirator. I was told to give them a call if i don't hear from them. I was given a contact for Bianca Perez. I tried calling multiple times before i finally reached her, and was told i would hear back from them in an hour. Five hours later and 5 attempts to reach her again there was no responce. I called my home warranty company and asked them to schedule a repair on my benhalf via conference call. I was given a 4 hour window the following week for my technitian to come. I never got a call nor technitian came.

 

I called my warranty company and once again I could not reach them, but they would answer a call from AFC. We had a conference call again and Bianca claimed i was called already and claimed i was given a different time frame which was an absolute lie.

 

I tried to research the company to see where they are located and found out other customer reviews of this company being a scam. I lost 5 days of making a repair by waiting on them. 

 

Stay away from dealing with them.
